These terms cover your purchase and use of Homy, a macOS app. By buying or using Homy, you agree to them.
Your license
- Buying Homy is a one-time purchase of a personal license. There is no subscription.
- You can use your license on one Mac at a time. To move it, choose “Deactivate this Mac” in Homy › License… and activate it on your new Mac.
- Updates are included for free.
- Please don’t share, resell or try to bypass the license.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are handled through Dodo Payments. If something isn’t right, email epictools.io@gmail.com and we’ll help.
Your files
Homy only moves files to the Trash when you ask it to, and never deletes them permanently. You are responsible for reviewing what you trash and for keeping backups of important data.
No warranty
Homy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
